Experience functional training at Total Wellness by Shelby. Each session is programmed according to your training level and specific goals. You will experience a total body workout each session. We offer both 60 and 30 minute training sessions, with packages of 10, 20, or 30 sessions.

PARTNER TRAINING

Whether you prefer to workout with a friend or your significant other, partner training is a great way to stay motivated and accountable. Workouts are personalized and programmed to meet each clients unique needs with a more cost-effective price point. We offer both 60 and 30 minute partner sessions, with packages of 10 or 20 sessions.

working hard and having fun with

small group training

If group fitness is more your vibe, join our small group training. Classes are capped at 6 people per class. Keeping the class small allows for individualized coaching at the most cost-effective price point. Small group training provides a sense of community and support to keep you accountable. Classes are offered 2-3 times per week and last 55 minutes. We offer drop-in rates or a subscription-based rate at either 4 or 8 classes per month.
